Join the library for a viewing of the OPB Oregon Experience documentary on Beatrice Morrow Cannady. As a writer, lawyer, lecturer, radio show guest, civil rights advocate, and publisher of a weekly newspaper, Cannady was an important figure in Oregon history. At a time when racial discrimination was commonplace, Cannady worked to secure equal rights for African Americans.
