Chinese Storytime / 中文故事时间 In-Person
Join us for a special Chinese Storytime presented in Mandarin with stories, songs and activities for ages 0-6.
本月的中文故事时间，前半段我们将进行儿童亲子瑜伽故事时间。 Kenny叔叔会跟赖老师一起带领大家透过中文故事，结合正念呼吸练习及瑜伽动作来提升孩子的专注力跟静心能力。
请参加活动的大小朋友们穿着适合伸展的舒适衣裤，并自备瑜伽垫或大浴巾。
后半段我们将进行手工活动，让大小朋友们可以亲手为母亲制作立体卡片。
