If you represent a for-profit business or live outside of our service area, additional charges will apply based on the fee schedule above.
Additional charges may apply for services that include the use of audio/visual equipment, extra cleaning, and room setup beyond the standard configuration.
Staff will respond to your reservation request within 7 days. Upon approval, final pricing will be determined. Payment is due within 3 days of approved reservation. If no payment has been received, the reservation will be canceled.
* Community Rooms must be requested at least 14 days in advance and up to 60 days in advance.
