There is no charge for the room. It can be reserved up to 90 days in advance. The room has 8 tables and 75 chairs. It also has a large whiteboard and a projection screen. There is Wi-Fi available in the room. Groups using the room must supply their own electronic equipment such as computers, projectors, etc.
