Space Availability - Happy Valley Library

Study Rooms are available during open library hours. After reserving, visit a service desk on the first floor: a staff member will unlock your reserved room. For the last reservation of the day, you must leave the room 15 minutes before the Library closes. Note that you must have your library card, card number, or confirmation email with you to check-in.

  • Food and Drinks: Covered drinks welcome. No food allowed.
  • Reservations:
    • Ages 13 and up
    • Must have a valid LINCC library card
    • Reserve for 30 minutes up to 2 hours per card user per day. Maximum of 8 hours per week.
    • You lose your reservation if you arrive more than 15 minutes after it's scheduled to start.
  • Occupancy:
    • Study Rooms 1 & 2 - four chairs available.
    • Study Room 3 - three chairs available. *
    • Maximum standing capacity for each room is seven people.

 

You must not be disruptive to others. Also, you’re not allowed to use glitter, glue, paint, or other craft materials in a study room. The Library has whiteboard markers available and asks that you use those instead of your own markers.

Can’t find a reservation slot that works for you? Non-reservable, quiet study and reading space is available throughout the library on a first-come, first-serve basis.

* Study Rooms 1 & 2 may be requested up to 7 days in advance. Study Room 3 is only available for same-day reservations.
